Winston Del Core  December 9, 1995 – August 1, 2008

With sadness we announce the passing of our beloved dog, Winston. Born in Santa Cruz, Winston passed away quietly after bravely living with an ever-expanding liver tumor.

Always a faithful and loving companion, Winston wanted nothing more than to be at our side. He was truly a blessing to our family. His wacky antics brought us much laughter and joy over the last 12+ years. He enjoyed life to the fullest, fetching his tuffy and tossing around his favorite nylabone.

Winston was known by many for his compassionate heart and keen wit. He never betrayed a confidence and was always quick to offer a loving paw. Winston loved people, group prayer, reading aloud, dinner parties and toddlers carrying crackers. He delighted in walks in the redwoods, at the beach and around Rio Del Mar.

Winston will be missed by many, both human and canine. Thanks to all of you, who have loved and cared about him.
