
The dressing is even better, I think, if you make it a day ahead!
DRESSING- process together the flowing ingredients:
3T. olive oil (basil infused is terrific here)
1 1/2 t. lemon juice
1/2 t. Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, rough chopped
3 T. Mayonnaise
1 anchovy fillet
1 anchovy fillet
1 t. Worcestershire
1/2 Tabasco or hot sauce
SALAD:
1/3 C. shaved parmesan
6 C. torn Romaine

Ground pepper
Drizzle romain with the dressing and toss to coat. Sprinkle with
Parmesan, croutons or crispy garlic onions --->
and add pepper to taste.
