This is simple but tastey enough for guests. Trader Joe's Chipotle Marinated Chicken Skewers are too dry and flavorless on their own, but the following marinade goes well with the chipotle and keeps them moist for grilling, and tastes great.
For Marinade mix together:
1/3 C. Trader Joe's Enchilada Sauce
1/3 C Trader Joe's Mango Ginger Chutney
3 T. Soy Sauce
Brush over Trader Joe's Chipotle Chicken Kabobs and grill for 12-15 minutes turning several times.
